The Wilf Campus for Senior Living is proud to announce that its newest agency, Wilf At Home has been awarded full accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation for Home Care (CAHC). A leader in setting standards for quality home care since 1986, CAHC is an independent commission that ensures compliance and excellence in all aspects of a provider’s services.
What does CAHC accreditation mean for Wilf At Home and its clients?
While Wilf At Home will continue to maintain its standards in providing quality care as it has since opening in January 2020, CAHC accreditation will provide several benefits.
With a rigorous screening process, surveys and standards to be met, accreditation will ensure that our agency is being held accountable for the quality of our services, said Jean Leone, Wilf At Home Executive Director. She added that while Wilf At Home has always maintained high standards for its staff and the care provided, having an independent body to report to provides that extra level of confidence for the provider and its clients alike.
CAHC provides current, in-depth knowledge of state legislation, rules and regulations. With frequent meetings and seminars to cover these legislations, clients can rest assured that Wilf At Home is always up to date.
